Elnin: Stygian King

[Stygian King]  
 A long long time ago, an ancestor of this elnin made a deal with the Hallow Witch. The ancestor asked for "A more powerful companion", being that he was quite frustrated his own pomu wasn't strong enough to fight daeva spawn. Well, the witch gave him a very powerful familiar indeed, a sword she referred to as the Stygian Blade. Upon contact with its new owner, the blade immediately plunged itself into the elnin's shadow, inextricably fusing itself with his pomu.

This sword is an inherited curse, passing randomly through their bloodline, sometimes dormant, sometimes weak and passive. It has appeared again for this royal elnin, and it in this incarnation it is more powerful than ever and has manifested a rather... hostile personality.

Mutations:
Scales Very rare mutation.
Cursed Relic.: This elnin's shadow (and thus, his pomu) is possessed by a cranky spirit sword. While the sword is passive, the pomu is able to manifest itself (although it is afflicted with a bit of a dual personality as the sword's influence is never entirely suppressed). The presence of the sword has also heavily altered the pomu's appearance, which is likely unsettling to other elnins and pomu. While the sword is active it takes over completely and transforms the pomu into an imposing (and mouthy) claymore that floats behind the elnin. (The elnin's eyes/horns shift to a red hue while the sword is out). In this form, the sword is generally antagonistic and craves destruction. It can be pacified in a few ways. 1) Feeding it mana: the sword is constantly siphoning mana from its host, and can be put to sleep by allowing it to gorge upon a large amount of mana from other sources. 2) Allowing it to fight daeva: this is the most effective way to silence the sword for an extended period of time. 3) Letting it break a lot of pots... for some reason it REALLY enjoys this (no one knows why). Once the sword is satisfied, it will crumble apart and sink into the elnin's shadow allowing the pomu to reemerge. If the sword is materialized for too long, it will drain the elnin's stamina, causing weakness and sickness similar to some forms of mana poisoning.


Royalty specific bonuses:
Wings : Royal elnins possess enough innate mana to levitate themselves a few feet off the ground, but most have phasma wings that function the same as their illusionary horns. They can be hidden or shown at will, and serve no functional purpose. Stygian King can manifest bat wings.
Perfect Sight : All Royalty ranked elnins have zero difficulty with light sensitivity.
Royal Pomu : Royal elnins have very special pomus. They are larger and smarter than the average pomu, and are capable of perfect speech.

Autobuy comes with a Knight's token, which can be redeemed to promote an existing elnin into a knight/champion (New art, special stats, etc).
Token can be redeemed as soon as information on knights/champions becomes available.
This token can only be used on an existing elnin, with both owner's consent (if applicable). It cannot be used to create a new elnin.
The promoted elnin will then be considered as a member of Stygian King's House.
This token is transferable, and can be sold or gifted at owner's discretion.
